Arriva North East

A repaint not previosly recorded is DAF SB220 / Plxaton Prestige 4004 S890 ONL into standard livery while VDL / Wright Gemini 2 7606 NK59 DLZ is now in Quorum Express Red. Exchanges have occured between Darlington and Jesmond with Darlington gaining Alexander Dennis MPDs 1715 V715 DNL and 1750 W751 SBR while Jesmond have Optare Solos 2824 YJ08 XBD and 2825 YJ08 XBE. This week saw two loaned Plaxton Centros enter service from Scotland West to Ashington being 1957 YJ07 JSX and 1958 YJ07 JSY while a permanant arrival to the North East is Scania L1113 / East Lancs 268 N173 PUT which is at Stockton. Alexander Dennis ALX300 / Volvo B10BLE 4516 W292 PPT has gained an LED display while Alexander Dennis MPD 1756 W758 SBR now has a flip dot display. New vehicles are expected for service X1/X2 (Middlesbrough – Durham – Newcastle), although it is not yet known what these vehicles are.

Go North East

Dennis MPD 515 NK51 MJU and 516 NK51 MJV have moved to Washington while similar 520 NK51 MKC has moved to Chester-le-Street. Dennis SPDs 8171 S371 ONL and 8172 S372 ONL have moved to Saltmeadows with similiar 8207 V207 ERG and 8213 V213 ERG in Northern livery.

Stagecoach North East

Further MAN / ALX300s noted at Stockton are 22011 NK03 XJA, 22012 NK03 XJB, 22014 NK03 XJD, 22015 NK03 XJE and 22016 NK03 XJF  which have displaced Plaxton Prestige / Volvo B10BLE 21101 P601 JBU amd 21102 P602 JBU to South Shields with more expected to follow. Another two Alexander Dennis Enviro 400s have been delivered being 19679 NK60 DPE and 19680 NK60 DPF.
